90% Tempranillo, 3% Garnacha, 4% Mazuelo, 3% Graciano.
Tangible proof of elegance, balance and constancy characteristic of the Marques de Murrieta Winery and its surrounding vineyards situated in the Ygay Estate, it is a red reserva wine with a balanced aging of two years in new and partly new American oak barrels and a year and a half in bottle. The result is an elegant wine that combines complexity and fineness, summing up the best attributes of our identity and actuality.
Bright and intense rubi colour with violet iridescences. Perfumed and complex in the first attack on the nose, showing perfectly ripe red fruits with a touch of a wide range of fine flowers and wild herbs. Minty, remarkably spicy and seductive toasted aromas. Wide and enveloping on the palate, it offers all the initial aromas back again with subtle and velvety tannins and a perfect and disguised acidity which ensures a great ability to age. Silky and long finish.
This vintage is a perfume for the senses. A wine to enjoy in good a company not just with savory food but also during a pleasant conversation after the meal.
